the team Carry out capex, opex, labor budget follow-ups, the opening of CAAR Work to achieve plant objectives in terms of OHS, productivity, quality and cost Promote the optimization and robustness of our processes Plan the sustainability of our various assets Budget planning for the next few years Facilitate problem solving Collaborate with different departments and vendors YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's degree or DEC in mechanical or industrial engineering and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience Bilingualism essential both oral and written (English and French) Good command of Excel, PowerPoint Point, SAP, Autocad software; Good knowledge of "lean manufacturing" and logistics processes Be an excellent communicator and have a good ability to influence Coaching and team management skills Be open-minded Great analytical and synthetic spirit Rigorous, autonomous and excel in teamwork ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY BRP is dedicated to nurturing a culture that invites, connects, and propels the ambitions of people of all backgrounds, profiles, beliefs and experiences.
