Deliver an excellent customer services and support team with trainings and problems resolutions. Ensure compliance of Financial Internal Controls
requirements and all the Company policies. KEY RESPONSABILITIES • Promote the implementation of best practices and lean processes across the department. • Participate in monthly meetings with the process improvement team to exchange information, enhance system knowledge, and recommend process improvements. • Encourage the use and consultation of Power BI reports, motivating team members to provide feedback and input. • Serve as an ambassador to ensure the effective adoption of new processes. • Provide support as a point of escalation for technical issues (as applicable). • Assign work items to team members to provide coverage during vacation or emergency situations. • Participate in vendor meetings alongside AP analysts to resolve discrepancies. • Oversee critical vendors, including process management and issue resolution. • Conduct review and analysis of monthly account reconciliations and AP cash forecast. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes. • Strong decision-making skills. • Positive and professional attitude. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated interest in and adaptability to emerging technologies. • Strong problem-solving orientation. • Structured and methodical approach to work. • High level of commitment and accountability.
