About the role
We are looking for a Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience to own our product surface from concept to pixel-perfect production code. You are a designer who codes, or an engineer with exceptional taste, who obsesses over how software looks and feels. Your mission is to take Circleback's design from really good to elite, shipping features without handoffs or fidelity gaps.
What will you be doing?
- Own the design and frontend implementation of features across web, desktop, and mobile using Figma, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Craft delightful interactions, animations, and transitions that make the product feel fast and alive.
- Deeply understand customer problems and find elegant ways to solve them, such as redesigning the user onboarding flow.
- Build and evolve our design system to ensure quality scales as we ship faster.
- Work directly with engineers and founders to shape product direction, not just how it looks.
