About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience to join our team in San Francisco. You should have a strong product sense, sharp technical judgment, and a background in building and shipping software, preferably at startups. We are hiring to increase our product velocity and build out new features for our thousands of paying customers.
What will you be doing?
- Take ownership of problems from ideation to deployment, figuring out the right approach, building it across the full stack, and shipping it.
- Ship features across web (React, Next.js), desktop (Electron, Swift), mobile (React Native), and backend (Python).
- Work on AI-powered outcomes, search, transcription, on-device recording, performance, and automations.
- Experiment with new AI models and techniques to stay at the frontier of how software is built.
- Raise the bar for the team through code reviews, building reusable tools, and potentially providing technical leadership as the team grows.
