About the role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer with 2-7 years of experience to join our fast-paced, AI-native startup. You will be a key member of our backend-heavy engineering team, bringing deep front-end expertise to the table. We need a product-minded individual who can own features end-to-end, from customer interaction to final implementation. This is a crucial hire to help us build out more complex, user-facing features as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own new features end-to-end, from discovery and scoping with users to full-stack implementation.
- Tackle features that are more UI-complex, serving as the team's front-end expert.
- Work directly with our operations and claims teams to build the AI-powered tools they need to succeed.
- Spend the majority of your time (70-80%) building new products and systems from scratch.
- Collaborate within a flat, agile engineering team to solve complex problems in the insurance space.
