Brief Summary of Role Join the Tango Automation team as an Enterprise Account Executive focused on building and expanding relationships with enterprise customers in EMEA as we bring a new category of intelligent automation to market. This is a foundational sales role within Tango’s early go-to-market EMEA organization. You will be responsible for driving awareness, building pipeline, engaging in strategic account planning, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers focused initially on ServiceNow and expanding into broader enterprise SaaS ecosystems. This is an opportunity to help shape the go-to-market foundation, sales motion, and customer relationships for a new category of enterprise automation. You’ll work proactively and collaboratively with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to establish Tango as a category leader in intelligent, platform-aware automation. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and driving regional strategy for growth and new customer acquisition in the EMEA enterprise segment Building and executing strategic account plans focused on enterprise ServiceNow and cross-SaaS automation opportunities Collaborating with Sales Engineering and extended teams to define and deliver compelling business and technical value propositions Identifying, qualifying, and managing complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through close Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close and expansion Driving outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across target enterprise accounts Understanding customer initiatives around digital transformation, DevOps, software quality, release management, and automation Engaging with technical and executive stakeholders to establish Tango as a strategic solution partner Navigating complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple technical, operational, and financial decision-makers Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key pipeline metrics, business trends, and forecast data to leadership Partnering with implementation partners, ecosystem influencers, and strategic alliances to expand market reach Supporting customer success and long-term account growth following initial deal closure Delivering compelling business cases that clearly articulate ROI and value-based outcomes Participating in product, sales, process, and market training to continuously strengthen expertise in Tango’s solutions and positioning Managing pipeline, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce CRM Exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives We Are Looking for Someone With 5+ years of recent experience selling enterprise SaaS, DevOps, automation, or enterprise software solutions Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to build and grow pipeline independently Proven track record of creating and closing new enterprise opportunities in complex SaaS or infrastructure environments within EMEA Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles involving technical and executive stakeholders Ability to engage both economic buyers and technical decision-makers early in the sales process Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes Experience selling into enterprise IT, software delivery, QA/testing, ServiceNow, or adjacent automation environments preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills High energy, self-motivation, and comfort operating in a startup-style environment Emotional intelligence and strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer pain points and business drivers Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Existing relationships in the ServiceNow ecosystem Experience selling DevOps, QA automation, CI/CD, testing automation, or enterprise workflow platforms Familiarity with ServiceNow, enterprise SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives Experience working in an early-stage business unit or startup environment Knowledge of AI-driven automation or intelligent software quality solutions Copado is Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employers.
