Work directly with operators, build what solves their problems, and turn repeated patterns into product.
The mandate: Collapse the distance between understanding a customer's operation and shipping the system that improves it. The exact shape will evolve — we care more about the outcome you can own than preserving the boundaries of a job description.
What you will own:
- Learn operational workflows directly from customers
- Prototype, ship, and iterate across product and engineering
- Recognize which bespoke solutions should become reusable product capabilities
Signals we look for: customer empathy, fast prototyping, taste for simple solutions, technical range.
Cadence: Three-month cycles (1 month intensive retreat + 2 months remote). Compensation: $80K–$120K + equity.
