You have a strong operational and people-focused mindset - you understand how to turn driver feedback, engagement insights, and market needs into impactful initiatives that improve driver experience, retention, and marketplace performance. You are proactive and solution-oriented - you take ownership of challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and independently drive projects from idea to execution while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have experience building and managing partnerships and engagement programs - whether through rewards initiatives, strategic collaborations, community-building activities, or driver-focused campaigns that create long-term value. You are organised, data-driven, and comfortable working with operational metrics, Google Sheets / Excel, and performance tracking to support decision-making and measure impact.
