About the role
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 2+ YOE (ideally 3 - 5 years) in software or solutions engineering. You'll work directly with customers and our GTM team to drive technical discovery, run proof-of-concepts, and ensure successful adoption of Greptile across complex enterprise environments. You're a strong engineer who's also a natural communicator — equally comfortable talking to a CTO as you are debugging a customer's deployment. The ideal candidate has a software engineering background and experience at a developer-first or API-based company (Stripe, Twilio, Vercel, Amplitude, etc.). Kubernetes and cloud infra experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our GTM team to run technical discovery and tailor Greptile to each customer's stack
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts and pilots in complex enterprise environments
- Act as the technical point of contact for customers — solving issues and handling security and compliance diligence
- Surface customer requirements to product and engineering to influence the roadmap
- Build reference implementations and lightweight integrations to accelerate adoption
- Serve as the bridge between customers and our internal product/engineering teams
