Complete helps candidates, employees and teams navigate the opaqueness of compensation. We've done this by reimagining the offer letter experience (replacing those boring PDFs 😩), internal rewards tools, and the compensation planning platforms themselves. Today, we work with dozens of companies, including growth-stage companies like Convex and TrueNorth, as well as established companies like Vercel and DataStax. We’ve evaluated over 5,000 salaries and employee records to help our customers retain their top talent, as well as hold their teams accountable to their own best practices.

2️⃣ Responsibilities
- Hitting quota for monthly and quarterly targets focused on midmarket companies (<1000 employees) — we’ve been able to do this purely off of inbound!
- Prospecting customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities and other tools or current services
- Contribute to our marketing campaigns, especially on Linkedin
- Cold calling for prospective customers
- Qualify opportunities and figure out if we can actually provide value to a company
- Run a efficient sales process from first call to close
- Work closely with engineering and product to strategically arm your process
