About the role
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our early-stage, YC-backed team. We need a high-agency, full-stack builder who can take complete ownership of our product, from strategy to execution. You will be a core part of our team, acting as an extension of the CTO to build the AI operating system for the staffing industry.
What will you be doing?
- Take full ownership of the product roadmap and technical development, acting as a direct thought partner to the CTO.
- Build and push sophisticated AI agents and automation workflows to production, handling everything from design to deployment.
- Develop and scale our cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) to support tens of thousands of concurrent AI-powered interviews.
- Build out core product features across the full stack, including real-time voice systems, candidate scoring pipelines, and recruiter dashboards.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where you will ship features daily and see them used by large customers right away.
