Description:
(This is an Internship position)** You'll play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, exceed performance targets, and be part of a high-talented team with an ambitious mission. Help us ensure customer satisfaction while actively participating in defining our product to solve their needs.
You will:
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take steps to address any negative feedback or concerns
- Have an input and be involved in the product definition process to solve customer needs
- Support day-to-day business operations, managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services to provide accurate and complete customer service
- Exceed performance targets, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Be part of a high talented team with an ambitious mission
- The ability to grow internally
You have:
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (+ fluency in Italian is a plus)
- Young professional or recently graduated;
- Ready to engage yourself 100% in this adventure;
