We're looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team through our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role (35% IC, 65% management) where you’ll own engineering execution across a modern Typescript stack. Your job is to stabilize, manage, scale, and ship.
This is a great role for someone who has experience running engineering teams, enjoys IC work and is looking for the next step in their career to have greater leadership responsibilities and scope.

By solving our customers' most urgent problem—illiquidity between paychecks —our cash advance business is a cheap, but profitable and repeatable hook that builds distribution for a broader challenger bank.
