About the role
We are looking for a Head of Growth in Philippines to drive user acquisition, optimize retention, and scale our market presence. Key responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
- Build and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy to expand Elevate Pay’s footprint in Philippines.
- Define and manage country-specific user acquisition channels, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality signups.
- User Acquisition & Retention
- Lead growth initiatives across influencer partnerships, targeted content, and referral programs.
- Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies to maintain strong deposit retention and reduce churn.
- Market Expansion & Local Partnerships
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including remote work communities and local financial institutions.
- Ensure Elevate Pay differentiates itself through localized solutions that address real pain points..
- Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze key growth metrics.
- Use data to iterate marketing spend and maximize ROI on acquisition efforts.
- Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the product, compliance, and operations teams to refine Elevate Pay’s Philippines strategy.
- Hire and manage a small but highly effective local team to execute growth initiatives.
