We are looking for a Head of Talent with 6+ years of experience to build our recruiting function from the ground up. You are a super-networker who loves people and has a proactive strategy for finding the absolute best talent, not just candidates on the open market. We need a true partner to the CEO who can source, evaluate, and win the people who will help us scale our mission to end the youth mental health crisis. This is a foundational role with massive ownership and impact.
What will you be doing?
Somethings is on a mission to end the youth mental health crisis by reducing the suicide rate for teens back to 2008 levels of 6.8 per 100,000 (1) for the 42 Million teens in the U.S.
To combat this, we are creating the first scaled network of Certified Peer Specialists and building the most engaging mental health experience in the world for teenagers. We’ve found deep resonance with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and State Health Agencies and we’re scaling to quickly towards serving hundreds of thousands of teens.
