Every hospitality operator that communicates with guests is moving toward AI-driven communication. This is not a feature add-on. It is infrastructure.
What You'll Do
Run full cycle sales from first touch through close. You will manage inbound, drive outbound into named accounts, run sharp discovery, deliver tailored demos, and negotiate contracts. You are responsible for outcomes.
Execute and refine a proven motion: Our early team has validated ICPs, messaging, and deal structure. Your job is to execute it consistently, identify where it breaks, and make it stronger.
Sell into hospitality operators: You will work directly with founders, COOs, Heads of Guest Experience, and operations leaders at short term rental managers, hotel groups, and multi property operators where missed inquiries, slow guest responses, and call overflow directly impact occupancy and revenue.
Customize demos around real ROI: We do not run generic slide decks. You will diagnose the problem, quantify the gap, and show how Conduit directly fixes it. The demo should feel inevitable.
Represent Conduit externally: Attend industry events, host webinars, and build relationships in our core verticals. We are becoming known in these markets and you will help accelerate that.
Who You Are
Proven closer: 3 to 5 years of B2B hospitality SaaS sales experience. You have owned full cycle deals from cold outreach to signed contract and consistently hit or exceeded quota. You are comfortable selling into operators and executives and navigating multi stakeholder buying processes.
Hospitality domain knowledge: You understand property management systems, OTA distribution, reservation flow, and the full guest communication lifecycle. You can confidently speak about occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, conversion rates, and the operational realities of staffing and guest support at scale.
Consultative but decisive: You run tight discovery. You control the call. You translate operational pain into economic impact. You sell outcomes.
Built for startup pace: You do not need hand holding. Ambiguity does not scare you. You want to shape the next stage of a company, not inherit a mature org chart.
Sales tech fluent: Comfortable in Salesforce and modern sequencing tools. You use data to prioritize and close.

On-target earnings: $180,000-$200,000 with uncapped commission
