We're seeking compassionate, licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy to students ages 11-24 throughout California. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside schools, families, and community partners to help students thrive. Employment Options W-2 Part-Time Position Competitive Salary: $55,000–$115,000 annually with reliable bi-weekly pay Exceptional Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision coverage with Daybreak covering 90% of medical premiums and 100% of dental and vision for employees, plus 65% for eligible dependents. Bilingual clinicians earn an additional $5 per session Flexible & Manageable Caseload: Minimum of just 5 sessions per week—perfect for work-life balance Additional Benefits (Both Roles) Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM PST, with optional weekend availability from 9 AM–5 PM PST.
