We are looking for a Robotics Infrastructure Engineer with 3+ years of experience to own and scale the core systems that keep our robots running reliably in real-world, production environments. This is not a traditional infra or SRE role, you will operate across the full stack, from low-level robot software and Linux systems to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling. You are a deeply curious, hands-on builder who understands how systems actually work and enjoys tackling messy, cross-cutting problems.
This role is designed and led directly by our CTO, who is currently owning many of these initiatives himself. You will act as a force multiplier for the entire engineering team, identifying bottlenecks, building solutions, and driving adoption across the company. A significant part of the role involves working with AI coding agents to automate debugging, testing, and infrastructure workflows. If you’re frustrated by slow-moving environments and want real ownership over critical systems at a fast-growing robotics company, this is the role for you.
What will you be doing?
Tutor Intelligence is a Series A robotics startup rethinking industrial automation with smarter robots, a radically better software stack, and a business model built for speed. Our core platform enables AI-powered robots-as-a-service with zero custom engineering and minimal deployment friction.
