About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to own our product experience from end-to-end. You are a designer with excellent product taste and a strong sense of usability who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup environment. You will be our first product designer, shaping how users interact with our cutting-edge AI voice agents and building a beautiful, intuitive product from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience end-to-end, from early concepts to polished, shipped features.
- Shape how users interact with AI voice agents, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Work side-by-side with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features.
- Conduct customer interviews and translate user pain points into thoughtful design solutions.
- Build and evolve Retell’s design system, setting the standard for consistency and craftsmanship.
