About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines deep UX thinking with strong UI taste. Portfolio is a must. We want to see how you reason through problems, structure complex flows, and arrive at clear, polished solutions.
Retell is building infrastructure and tools that power real-time AI voice agents used by fast-growing companies. Design quality matters here. Every interaction happens in real time, under pressure, with real users. You'll own end-to-end product design across core user workflows, working directly with founders, engineers, and customers to shape features from first principles, not just polish UI after decisions are made.
This is a high-ownership role with real influence over product direction, UX quality, and design standards.
