About the role
We are looking for a Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to help build the systems and interfaces that power the future of immigration. We need a product-minded, backend-leaning generalist who can work efficiently across our entire system, from backend APIs and AI agents to user-facing portals. This person will be key to improving our architecture and shipping polished, robust features for both our internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Redesign and build more robust and scalable task and workflow orchestration systems.
- Improve the architecture across both the front-end and back-end, including data modeling and API design.
- Build and maintain production-level APIs and handle system complexities like access controls.
- Ship polished, fast, and reliable interfaces for our internal legal-ops team and our customers.
- Develop agentic systems that automate complex, multi-step legal workflows from end-to-end.
