In this role, you will partner closely with Operations Specialists, Operations Managers, the General Manager, and HQ teams to analyze and optimize business performance, develop and maintain financial models, and provide actionable insights to support key operational and strategic decisions. You will play a central role in identifying opportunities for growth, improving processes, and tracking metrics that drive measurable impact across the business. This is a full-time, permanent position. The monthly gross salary for this role ranges from €4,500 – €6,800, depending on your experience, skills, and expertise. Main tasks and responsibilities: Operational improvement: Scale and optimize country operations by reviewing existing workflows and defining new, data-backed processes. Oversee merchant operations, onboarding, and content quality. Tackle key challenges such as pricing optimization, fraud reduction, refund management, and timely delivery by leveraging data and automation tools to achieve cost savings and order growth. Financial Analysis & Modeling: Providing advanced financial analysis and modeling across all parts of the balance sheet, including assets, liabilities, equity, revenue, and expenses. Developing and implementing financial models to simulate the impact of different strategies on the company’s financial performance. Automating and standardizing processes to decrease operational costs and improve efficiency. Strategic Planning & Decision-Making: Supporting the General Manager by providing data-driven insights and financial models to guide complex financial decisions. Identifying and recommending strategies to optimize financial performance, focusing on a balanced approach that considers both growth and cost management. Owning and Delivering Key Operational Metrics: Ensuring the achievement of country targets through operational excellence and overall performance. Proactively reporting progress and KPIs in a timely manner. Managing stakeholder relations: Coordinating with other departments and third-party providers to enhance operational efficiency. Fostering a strong collaboration within local teams, the central team and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery and achievement of KPIs. Project Management: Identifying and resolving the most challenging issues for country operations by working closely with other teams. Managing local projects to ensure alignment with the General Management's strategy. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field. Over 7 years of proven experience in operations, consultancy, business development, or analytics, with at least 3 years leading and managing high-performing teams. Exceptional analytical thinker with a passion for solving complex problems and deriving insights from large datasets; advanced data analysis skills are essential. Demonstrates ownership and initiative, proactively identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions to business challenges. Thrives in a matrix environment, driving cross-functional collaboration with outstanding organizational, planning, and project management capabilities. Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively.
