Talent · AI call

A short conversation about what you want

The Standout call is a quick way to give your talent agent the nuance that does not fit neatly into a profile. It happens in your browser and usually takes about 5–7 minutes.

What the call is for

The call helps Standout understand your background, the work you want next, and how to represent you accurately. It is not a job interview with a hiring company and you do not need rehearsed answers.

Talk naturally. Concrete examples and honest tradeoffs are more useful than trying to guess a perfect answer.

Before you start

  1. Open the call link in a modern browser.
  2. Move somewhere you can speak comfortably for a few minutes.
  3. Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
  4. Use headphones if your room has echo or background noise.

Microphone access is required

The voice conversation cannot work without microphone permission. You can remove that browser permission after the call from your device or browser settings.

What you may talk about

  • Your recent experience and strongest work.
  • The roles, problems, and environments you want next.
  • Location, timing, and other practical constraints.
  • What would make you excited—or make you pass.

If you prefer a person

Some call invitations also offer a calendar option with the person who invited you. When that option appears, both choices are valid: start the AI conversation immediately or book the human conversation for a convenient time.
