We are looking for a Founding GTM Member with 0-4 years of experience to join a lean, high-intensity team building the AI operating system for legal and compliance. You're a scrappy, hungry seller who has crushed it at an early-stage or high-growth startup and wants to continue this with founding-level ownership. You'll work directly alongside the founders to figure out what rips: customer segments, pricing, sales motions, all of it. This is a role where you're creating the playbook from scratch.

This $1T+ industry hasn't evolved in decades, but frontier AI is now making it possible to automate the full stack of legal & compliance work at a fraction of the time and cost.
Arca's platform allows enterprises to build agents in natural language for all types of legal and compliance workflows from reviewing, drafting, and analyzing contracts, contract repository intelligence, marketing compliance, and regulatory compliance at state and federal levels. The company takes a hands-on approach, partnering closely with enterprise customers and sometimes pairing them with dedicated engineers or CSMs to build, activate, and roll out these agents.
Founded by ex-Ramp Staff Engineers & Tech Leads, Arca has raised $9M+ from Hanabi, Boxgroup, and notable tech angels (founders/execs at Ramp, Decagon, and more). The team operates lean and in-person out of their Chelsea office in NYC, with a culture built around extreme ownership, intellectual curiosity, and a founding-team mentality where everyone is in the trenches together.
