We are looking for a Founding GTM Member with 0-4 years of experience to join a lean, high-intensity team building the AI operating system for legal and compliance. You're a scrappy, hungry seller who has crushed it at an early-stage or high-growth startup and wants to continue this with founding-level ownership. You'll work directly alongside the founders to figure out what rips: customer segments, pricing, sales motions, all of it. This is a role where you're creating the playbook from scratch.
What will you be doing?
Owning outbound from end to end: cold calls, emails, conferences, network; ie. whatever works to build pipeline and close deals
Experimenting across customer segments (mid-market and enterprise) to identify repeatable, scalable sales motions
Shaping GTM strategy with the founders: pricing, positioning, vertical selection, and pitch development
Rapidly iterating based on learnings: talking to 50+ prospects, synthesizing insights, and recommending where to swarm
Building the foundation for a GTM org as one of the first two go-to-market hires at the company
