About the role
We are looking for a Founding Engineer with 1-5 years of experience to join a tiny, high-performing team building the future of AI interpretability for brands. You'll help companies understand and influence how AI models perceive them — essentially applied psychology on LLMs — at a YC-backed startup scaling rapidly in revenue with Fortune 100 customers.
What will you be doing?
• Building and extending a universal context management platform that powers agentic workflows across customer data, communications, and deliverables
• Applying black-box AI interpretability techniques to reverse-engineer how LLMs form opinions about brands and their competitors
• Owning features end-to-end — from understanding customer needs through research, infrastructure, and shipped product
• Helping define new engineering team patterns and practices around agentic coding tools (Claude Code, etc.)
• Building internal automation and custom software for clients using AI agents with full company context
