requirements and implementation Proficiency in modern programming languages: Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems AI and Modern Technology Experience integrating AI/ML models for fraud detection, risk scoring, or payment optimization Knowledge of modern frameworks: React, TypeScript, or similar Proficiency with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis for high-performance applications Experience with message queues and streaming: Kafka, RabbitMQ Payments Domain Knowledge Hands-on experience with payment processors (Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, etc.) Understanding of payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, ACH) Knowledge of payment security standards (PCI DSS, PA-DSS, tokenization, encryption) Experience with payment reconciliation, settlement processes, and financial reporting Familiarity with regulatory
