About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 3–7 years of experience in healthcare content, consulting, or journalism who deeply understands how multi-site medical practices operate. You should be comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) as daily workflow infrastructure and have a track record of producing high-volume, high-quality content that drives pipeline. Bonus points if you have direct experience with dental DSOs, PE-backed healthcare groups, or agency briefing.
What you'll do:
- Own the narrative across all channels — decide the messaging angle for every initiative (conferences, PE dinners, webinar sequences, paid ads) and ensure every touchpoint tells a cohesive story
- Write and produce all prospect-facing content using AI as leverage — blog posts, email sequences, ad copy, case studies, and nurture flows — then sharpen every piece with domain expertise so it resonates with practice operators
- Build and maintain a proof-point database by specialty and metric through customer call transcripts, FDE interviews, and deployment data
- Brief the agency monthly on paid ad copy, push back on generic messaging, and track which angles produce the highest SQL conversion rates
- Partner with the designer and product marketing lead to ensure visual assets and sales enablement materials align with the core narrative
- Test new content formats (short-form video, interactive ROI calculators, testimonial clips) and structure content for AI-native discovery channels (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
