Strategy & Operations Lead, Special Projects

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead, Special Projects with 5–8 years of experience to serve as a right-hand operator to our CEO, owning the end-to-end launch of our highest-priority new product initiative. You should have roots in strategy consulting or investment banking and have since gotten your hands dirty in a GM or operational role at a high-growth startup.

What will you be doing?

• Own a major product launch end-to-end: go-to-market strategy, pricing, marketing, sales team design, partnerships, and customer success setup

• Work directly with the CEO on the company's #1 strategic priority

• Build and execute 30/60/90-day project plans in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

• Design org structures and cross-functional processes to support rapid scaling

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships from term sheet to execution

Key Requirements

• Strategy consulting or investment banking background (2+ years)

• Post-consulting/banking experience in an operational or GM-type role at a startup or high-growth company (e.g., owned a P&L, launched a market, or led a 0-to-1 initiative)

• High agency and bias toward action — you get things done quickly without waiting for a fully scoped brief

• Must be able to work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco

• Top-tier school or highly competitive company pedigree preferred
