Ready to be a Titan? We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead to join our growing team of webinar producers within the Demand Generation Marketing org at ServiceTitan. This is a high-visibility, production-forward role for a confident communicator who thrives on camera and can own a webinar series end-to-end. You’ll take over webinar operations for our Back 2 Basics series and several other audience segments — managing everything from guest coordination and scripting through live hosting and post-event promotion — while also stepping in as a backup host for our premier podcast, Toolbox for the Trades. The ideal candidate is equally at home behind a keyboard writing sharp promotional copy as they are in front of a camera conducting a live fireside chat. You’re organized, collaborative, and genuinely excited about content that drives real business outcomes. What You’ll Do Own webinar operations for the Back 2 Basics series and several other audience segments — including guest and speaker coordination, run-of-show development, promotional copy, live production, and post-event follow-up. Host live webinars in a variety of formats: fireside-chat interviews with industry guests, moderated Q&A sessions, solo product demos, and co-hosted sessions alongside internal subject matter experts. Write with consistency and purpose: webinar outlines, run-of-show documents, registration and landing page copy, promotional emails, social blurbs, and recap communications. Serve as a backup host for Toolbox for the Trades and other ServiceTitan podcasts, stepping in to conduct interviews and guide conversations with guests. Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to ensure webinar content supports MQL goals, campaign initiatives, and the broader content calendar. Track and report on webinar performance metrics — including registrations, attendance rates, and MQL conversion — in partnership with your manager. Coordinate publishing schedules, content assets, and cross-functional deliverables using Asana; manage web publishing and page builds in Contentful. Work cross-functionally with marketing strategy, product marketing, and sales teams to develop relevant and compelling webinar programming. What You’ll Bring 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or a related field — preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience hosting or presenting on-camera in a professional setting: webinars, video content, live virtual events, or similar. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can write a tight run-of-show and a punchy email subject line with equal confidence. Strong storytelling instincts: you understand that content should be purposeful and clear, even when the subject matter is complex. Hands-on familiarity with webinar and content production tools, including Goldcast, Riverside.fm, Asana, Contentful, Canva, HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Salesforce. Solid project management instincts — you can juggle multiple programs, stakeholders, and deadlines without losing the details. A collaborative, curious mindset: you enjoy working alongside SMEs, translating technical content for broad audiences, and iterating based on performance data. Comfort with data: you can analyze registration and engagement metrics, draw meaningful conclusions, and use them to sharpen future programming.
