As a People Success Intern , you’ll work closely with the People Success team and gain hands-on exposure to how people functions operate in a fast-growing startup. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how teams are hired, supported, and enabled to do their best work. You’ll be involved across multiple people-focused initiatives and play a meaningful role in day-to-day execution. The Job Support talent acquisition activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring trackers Help run day-to-day people operations to ensure a smooth employee experience Maintain people data, trackers, and reports across HRMS and internal systems Execute People Success initiatives including engagement programs, performance reviews, confirmations, and internal communications Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities, documentation, and induction workflows Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on people-related workflows Contribute to ad-hoc projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and culture The Ideal Candidate Has prior experience or exposure to People Success / People Operations (internships or projects are a plus) Can manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate effectively across teams Has strong communication and coordination skills Has high attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and discretion while handling people-related matters Has a genuine interest in people, culture, and how organizations grow and scale Is comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, HRMS platforms, and spreadsheets What the hiring journey looks like First up: If your profile looks like a strong fit, our People team will reach out within 7 days for a quick intro chat.
