We’re looking for an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) with a strong background in venture capital and hands-on exposure to working with senior leadership at high-growth startups. This role is designed for individuals who want to build, validate, and scale new business ideas from 0→1, while working closely with founders and leadership. The Job 0→1 Venture Building Identify, evaluate, and incubate new business ideas aligned with company vision Drive rapid experimentation, MVP launches, and early product-market fit validation Strategic Execution with CXOs Partner closely with CXOs to solve high-impact business problems Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution roadmaps Market & Investment Insight Leverage venture capital experience to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and potential adjacencies Build investment theses and validate ideas through data and customer insights Cross-functional Leadership Work across product, growth, operations, and partnerships teams Drive alignment and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Stakeholder Communication Present insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership Influence decision-making with structured thinking and data-backed narratives The ideal candidate 4–6 yrs in VC, consulting, or early-stage startups; worked closely with founders/CXOs Builder mindset: operates in ambiguity, owns end-to-end, ships fast Strong grasp of business models, GTM, and market evaluation Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution with measurable outcomes Clear communicator who can influence leadership with data What the hiring journey looks like First up: If your profile looks like a strong fit, our People team will reach out within 7 days for a quick intro chat.
