Your Mission As a Backend Software Engineer, you will shape the integration and ongoing development of our ERP and backend systems. You will ensure internal processes and interfaces run smoothly, supporting the operations and finance teams that keep our fleet running. Developing, customizing and maintaining Odoo modules in Python Designing and implementing system integrations between Odoo and other internal/external systems (e.g. via REST APIs) Automating business processes within the ERP system Analyzing functional
requirements together with business units (e.g. Finance, Operations) and implementing technical solutions Ensuring data quality, performance and stability of the systems Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues Documenting system architecture and processes Your skills and
qualifications Professional experience in backend development with Python Understanding of ERP processes (e.g. accounting, warehousing, sales) Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and API interfaces Structured, solution-oriented way of working Good communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders Good German and English skills
