The Opportunity
As Channel Sales Head – North, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share by building and scaling our channel partner network across Northern India. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work directly shapes Enerjazz’s growth trajectory, partner ecosystem, and customer reach in one of the country’s most dynamic EV markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential channel partners, dealers, and distributors across Northern India.
- Design, implement, and manage partner incentive programs to drive engagement and sales performance.
- Establish structured partner reviews, performance tracking, and regular field visits.
2. Revenue & Market Growth
- Deliver aggressive sales targets through effective channel strategy and execution.
- Expand market coverage in key territories—identify whitespace, unlock new cities, and scale penetration.
