ABOUT THE ROLE

Moore & Van Allen's Charleston office is searching for a Real Estate Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in commercial real estate law and a proven history of successfully representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions and legal matters.

In this role, you will represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, common and preferred equity investments, leases, development, zoning matters, ownership, joint ventures and corporate governance. You will provide legal counsel to developers, investors and represent lenders in real property secured financings. Additionally, you will negotiate and draft agreements for various real estate transactions and represent clients in zoning appeals, property tax assessments, and workforce housing agreements.
