Fund Finance Associate (Mid-Level)

What we're looking for?

We are seeking a mid-level transactional associate with 3–5 years of fund finance experience, specifically with demonstrated proficiency in subscription/capital call facilities. You should be comfortable drafting and negotiating core credit documents, managing deal processes independently, and communicating confidently with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients. Bonus points if you have experience with NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, or representing both lenders and borrowers.

What you'll do:

• Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and guarantees.
• Take ownership of deal workstreams, including diligence review on fund documents, issue spotting, and managing closing mechanics.
• Work closely with internal specialists (tax, regulatory, real estate) to provide integrated, client-ready advice.
• Manage deal calendars and drive internal/external communications to ensure transactions move forward efficiently.
• Lead diligence on fund documents with a focus on borrowing authority, investor exclusions, and collateral packages.
• Provide practical, business-aligned advice to lender and sponsor clients to help translate legal risk into actionable options.
