We’re at 8-figures of annualized revenue, growing quickly, and profitable. We were part of Y Combinator (Summer 2021) and raised a $2M seed round shortly after.
We’re looking for Bree’s first Product Manager to steward our product through our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive outcomes end-to-end: identify the highest-leverage problems, translate them into crisp specs, ship quickly with engineering/design, and close the loop with measurement and iteration.
Your job is to bring clarity and momentum: turn messy inputs (CX feedback, risk constraints, data, stakeholder requests) into a prioritized plan, then execute with high quality in a regulated, risk-sensitive environment.
As our first PM, you’ll also help build our product operating system—how we intake feedback, prioritize, plan, execute, measure, and learn.
This is a great role for someone who has shipped consumer product at speed, is extremely strong with data, and wants broader ownership across product strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership.

We make money through tips and an optional, same-day express fee. By solving our customers' most urgent problem—illiquidity between paychecks —our cash advance business is a cheap, but profitable and repeatable hook that builds distribution for a broader challenger bank. This represents a $9 billion revenue opportunity in Canada.
