Role: Head of Execution - Field Operations
Location: Delhi NCR / Field-Heavy

Overview:
We are looking for a discipline-first Head of Execution - Field Operations to run our battery installation process end-to-end — with 100% accountability. This person will lead technician teams, enforce SOPs, ensure fast + flawless installs, and escalate only when needed. Your job: zero excuses, zero rework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan daily installations: technician assignment, route planning, material readiness
- Enforce 100% compliance with onboarding SOP (photos, forms, checklists)
- Track and improve core KPIs: FTR (First Time Right), TAT, Compliance
- Hire, train, and manage field team (technicians, coordinators)
- Conduct regular audits and shadow installs to monitor quality
- Own daily and weekly field ops reporting
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate only if required
- Work closely with the CRM/Tech team to digitize field processes
Ideal Profile:
- 5–8 years in operations leadership roles (EV, lending, logistics, solar installs)
- Has led 10+ blue-collar field staff with discipline
- Proven record of enforcing processes in tough environments
- Field-ready: Hindi-speaking, mobile, doesn’t hide behind dashboards
- Bonus: understands battery fitment, basic vehicle electronics, or EV safety protocols
KPIs:
- FTR: 100% of installs right the first time
- Compliance: 100% form + photo documentation
- TAT: <3 hours per install
- Install plan vs actual achieved
- Customer satisfaction (complaint-free %)
