About the Role

Retell AI is the leading enterprise Voice AI Agent platform, powering 40M+ minutes of AI calls per month for companies across healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance, and more. We're growing fast and building the infrastructure that makes voice AI accessible to every developer and business.

We're looking for an Integration Engineer to own the full surface area of how Retell connects with the broader developer ecosystem. You will build and maintain integrations with platforms like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, and dozens of others. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will directly shape how developers and businesses adopt Retell.

What You'll Do

Own all integrations between Retell AI and third-party platforms (developer tools, no-code/low-code builders, CRMs, automation tools, and more)
Build, test, and ship integrations end-to-end, from scoping to production deployment
Work closely with product and engineering to identify high-impact integration opportunities based on user needs and market demand
Create and maintain integration documentation, sample projects, and developer guides
Monitor integration health, debug issues, and iterate based on user feedback
Stay ahead of the ecosystem: evaluate new platforms, identify partnership opportunities, and move quickly to build where it matters

Since launching 18 months ago, thousands of companies now utilize Retell’s AI voice agents to handle sales, support, and logistics calls that once required large teams of human agents. Backed by Y Combinator, Altman Capital, and other leading investors, we have scaled to $36M ARR with a team of 20 people, up from $5M at the start of 2025.

In 2026, We are expanding our vision to build a CX platform of the AI era where the entire contact center is reimagined as a team of AI employees. We are moving beyond mechanical automation that relies on human finetuning to instead transform core functions into intelligent, opinionated AI roles. Frontline agents, QA analysts, and managers now operate as distinct digital workers that serve as the new interface for customer experience.
