Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Role Summary
Enerjazz is looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to manage all supply chain activities for our EV battery distribution network. You will ensure timely dispatches, accurate inventory management, safe handling of lithium-ion batteries, and smooth coordination with transporters, warehouses, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Execution & Coordination
- Manage daily dispatches, inventory flow, and shipment tracking across regions.
- Plan and coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, and route schedules.
- Track logistics timelines, freight costs, and transporter performance.
- Ensure proper documentation: e-way bills, PO/WO, GRN, shipment logs.
Vendor & Transporter Management
- Coordinate closely with transport partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Negotiate transporter rates, finalize work orders, and verify billing accuracy.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams (sales & service).
Warehouse & Compliance
- Support warehouse organization, storage planning, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with battery transportation rules, hazardous material norms, and safety SOPs.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
