The Role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join Tailor's Omakase team full time.
Omakase is Tailor's take on ERP - a library of composable, pre-built modules (Sales Orders, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, etc.) that customers can adopt and customize for their business. Think of it as the "batteries included" layer on top of Tailor's platform.
You'll be building these modules from first principles, creating reference implementations that serve as both working products and blueprints for customer deployments. Occasionally, you'll embed with forward deployed teams to support customer go-lives and bring learnings back into the module library.

Design and build composable ERP modules that solve real operational problems for retailers, manufacturers, and B2B businesses

Work across the stack - from GraphQL APIs and business logic to React frontends built on our AppShell framework

Create abstractions that balance flexibility with opinionated defaults, making modules easy to adopt and customize
