Retell is the voice AI platform for production phone agents. Enterprise call centers use us to deploy AI agents that handle real calls, inbound and outbound, at scale. 50M+ conversations/month. YC-backed. ~20 people.
What this role is
You're the person who makes Retell show up everywhere developers and ops teams already work.
Today, someone building a voice AI agent has to come find us. Your job is to flip that - make Retell appear inside the tools they're already using. ChatGPT, N8N, Zapier, Make, LangChain, CrewAI, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce. When someone drags a node, browses a template, or searches an app directory, Retell is there.
This is not a maintenance role. You're building the connectors, integrations, and developer experiences that become Retell's primary self-serve distribution channel. Every integration you ship is a new acquisition surface.

Since launching 18 months ago, thousands of companies now utilize Retell’s AI voice agents to handle sales, support, and logistics calls that once required large teams of human agents. In 2026, We are expanding our vision to build a CX platform of the AI era where the entire contact center is reimagined as a team of AI employees.
