About the role
We are looking for a Tech Lead(Platform) with 9-12 years of experience to join our lean, high-performing team. This person will be a key contributor in building a product that is fundamentally changing how companies make decisions, bringing clarity, velocity, and accountability to our engineering efforts. We are seeking individuals who thrive on tackling complex, end-to-end problems with real-world impact.
What will you be doing?
- Be a key technical decision-maker, driving engineering excellence and innovation across the product.
- Lead the design and implementation of large, high-impact platform projects and features.
- Own complex systems end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, and product UX.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for major initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting a high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
- Champion engineering rigor—fast, but never sloppy (slop compounds).
