Creditors' Remedies Associate Attorney

We are looking for a Creditors' Remedies Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our rapidly growing Financial Services group. We are seeking a motivated attorney with substantive experience in bankruptcy and creditors' rights to handle a diverse caseload for major national banks and local clients. This is a growth hire for our team, and we're looking for someone eager to gain significant client-facing responsibility and grow with us.

What will you be doing?- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs for bankruptcy court proceedings.

• Providing direct client advising and managing client communications.
• Negotiating with debtor counsel, trustees, and other opposing parties.
• Preparing for and attending court hearings and depositions.
• Handling foreclosure proceedings and the enforcement of security interests.
