About the role
We are looking for a Legal Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing Corporate group. This person will be a key player in supporting multiple busy attorneys with high-volume transactional and closing work. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities effectively.
What will you be doing?
- Drafting and formatting professional correspondence and transactional documents for corporate deals.
- Preparing, tracking, and assembling documents for deal closings, including signature pages and closing books.
- Maintaining corporate minute books and assisting with closing checklists.
- Acting as a liaison between attorneys and clients, facilitating communication and document transmittal.
- Processing new file openings, engagement letters, attorney time entries, and client invoices.
