About the role
We are looking for a Legal Assistant with at least one year of experience to join our fast-growing Solar Finance team. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment. You will be a key player supporting our attorneys and paralegals on complex renewable energy financing deals.
What will you be doing?
- Drafting and formatting professional correspondence and complex deal documents for solar finance transactions.
- Preparing, circulating, and meticulously tracking signature pages across multiple parties to ensure timely closings.
- Creating and maintaining detailed closing checklists and calendaring important deal deadlines.
- Acting as a key liaison between attorneys, paralegals, and clients, providing regular status updates on client matters.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic files, processing new file openings, and managing attorney time entries and billing.
