What you'll do: Qualify inbound leads through emails, chat, and calls to convert them into sales opportunities Follow up with prospects and leads, and manage a large volume of emails and chats Use CRM and sales platforms to manage leads and sales opportunities Recommend improvements to processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Use outbound tool to identity potential leads and reach out Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting (daily phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) within an assigned territory
Who you are: Recognised Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of
qualifications Ideally 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience Fluency in English is a must Need to have outbound experience, SaaS/ Accounting industry experience Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) Our
