About the role
We are looking for an Events Marketing Manager with 4-7 years of experience to own and scale our most proven growth channel. Events are already working for us — we're attending conferences, generating pipeline, and closing enterprise deals — but we need someone who can take this from scrappy to strategic. You'll build the full events function from the ground up: deciding where we show up, how we show up, and eventually launching our own hosted events. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-growing AI company disrupting the $300B+ insurance market, backed by Founders Fund and Bessemer.
What will you be doing?
- Audit the current events motion by working closely with the sales team to understand what's working and identify opportunities to take work off their plates
- Own end-to-end event strategy and execution — from identifying which conferences to attend, sponsor, or speak at, all the way down to logistics, booth materials, and swag
- Refresh and upgrade all event assets, booth materials, and collateral to match the brand
- Develop a pipeline-driven pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up motion in collaboration with sales
- Identify and launch owned event formats (executive dinners, roundtables) and build toward hosting our own conference
